Shipping policy
We ship Australia-wide from regional Victoria. Getting your order to you quickly is the most important thing we can do once you have pressed buy, so we send everything out as fast as we can, usually the same or next business day.
What delivery costs
Toothbrushes, straws and everything except dinnerware
- Orders of $15 and over: free
- Orders under $15: $10
Dinnerware, cups and bundles
- Parcels up to 549g: $10
- Parcels 550g and over: $15
Dinnerware postage is worked out separately from the rest of your order. If you buy toothbrushes and dinnerware in the same order, the dinnerware postage still applies, even when the toothbrush part of your order qualifies for free shipping. That is why an order with both can show two shipping charges added together.
We currently ship within Australia only.
How long it takes
- We process orders within 1–2 working days.
- Within Australia, most deliveries arrive within 1–7 days. Remote and regional areas take longer, so please allow up to 10 working days.
- Orders are sent to the delivery address you gave us at checkout. We cannot be responsible for an address that was entered incorrectly.
- We use reputable delivery companies, but we cannot accept liability for a delay caused by a third party.
Busy periods
During major promotions, sale periods and Christmas, our handling times can stretch by a day or two while we work through everything. We will do our best to get it out the door, and if you have any concerns about an order, email info@theboocollective.com.au and we will chase it for you.
Missing or undelivered parcels
Please report a missing or undelivered parcel within 30 days. If an order comes back to us because the address was wrong, or because it went unclaimed at the post office, we will refund the cost of the products but not the postage. Contact us within 30 days of dispatch to arrange redelivery; after that, the refund is processed automatically.
Nothing in this policy replaces your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
